I’m a design leader passionate about mentoring creatives and helping build a strong design community.

I am proud to support the Association of Registered Graphic Designers (RGD) by:

  • Serving on the RGD Board of Directors
  • Chairing the Membership Committee
  • Acting as their Treasurer
  • Acting as a Certification Portfolio Evaluator: reviewing portfolios and testing candidates to ensure they meet the standards required to be certified as an RGD
  • Helping RGD build their membership engagement strategies, such as the Social Good Awards and the RGD Branding Awards.
  • Mentoring design students at Humber, George Brown, OCADU, and more.

The 2025 Creative Earners National Salary Survey collected, analyzed, and reported on financial data from Canadian creative professionals to promote pay transparency.

We aimed to appeal to a broad creative audience — including UX designers, strategists, educators, firm owners, and freelancers. With inclusivity as our foundation, we developed a design system centered around thumbprint characters representing professional roles and personal traits. This brand extended across social graphics, newsletters, conference video screens, and a unique character-builder website.
