Bridgeable was tasked by Andy Byford and MTA New York City Transit with co-creating a plan to turn around their beleaguered transit system. While the team co-created with riders and other stakeholders across MTA New York City Transit, my role was to art direct the final deliverable — a narrative report that made the call for investment in this ambitious plan.
